Toni Mount is speaking at the prestigious Wigmore Lectures

Well loved historian and author Toni Mount (Sebastian Foxley Medieval Murder Mystery Series, Medieval Courses) will be speaking at this year’s Wigmore Lectures on the topic of Henry VIII, Hero or Villain.

We all know the story of Henry VIII. But it was more than lust that drove him to divorce and behead. So could he have been a hero or was he just a selfish villain? Historian and novelist Toni Mount looks at the evidence.

21 March 2018 at 8pm – Wigmore Library, Gillingham, UK

Book at any Medway library. You can buy a season ticket for all six evenings Wigmore Lectures at Wigmore Library for £20. Individual lectures are priced at £4 each, with the Christmas lecture priced at £5 including seasonal refreshments.
