If you’re in the Leicester area next weekend (Fri 25th March to Mon 28th March) then why not head over to Leicester Cathedral and meet Kirsteen Thomson, our latest author/artist who has an exhibition there

Kirsteen is a wonderful artist, and has painted many images related to the life and places related to Richard III. Kirsteen will have copies of her beautiful table-top style book “Richard III: His Story” on sale. You’ll be able to be one of the first people to own her book, and you can get it signed by the author too!

Kirsteen’s exhibition features fine art that retells King Richard III’s story showing places that were significant in his life. There are also beautiful scenes from other places in Britain, independent of Richard III story. You’ll be able to see the originals of Kirsteen’s work, which is definitely worth it.

While you’re there, why not pop into the Richard III exhibition, see his tomb, and visit the Cathedral bookshop which is open 9.30-4.30.

The event is being held at the Guildhall in Leicester, next to the Cathedral, from Fri 25th March to Mon 28th March and is open 11am to 4pm.
